About the designer

The designer behind BLEANS:JE:VOVITS, Mette Marie Krarup Bertelsen, is based in Denmark. She studied fashion design at Kolding School of Design and graduated with her MA in June 2010.

 

“As a designer I am always inspired to explore and challenge the use of materials, colours and shapes. The design proces is guided by fantasy. A unique universe is build and serves as a basis for jewellery and fashion collections, which are dominated by oversized pieces, unconventional use of materials and graphical clean shapes”
